Administrative Work-Products

In General 

For each of the Special Benefits, the following five Administrative Work-Products are offered:

  1. Feasibility Study/Proposal
  2. Plan Document/Booklet
  3. Stop-Loss Items
  4. Risk/Underwriting Guide
  5. Electronic Forms Filing.

The reader is reminded that these Work-Products are freestanding (i.e., not connected to any participant or claimant database) and that traditional TPA functions (record-keeping, claims processing, etc.)  are not involved with Administrative Work-Products. Also, for each such Work-Product, an adequate description thereof and the requisite fees are shown.
