Work-Product Described 

This Work-Product (Annual Actuarial Report)  provides an actuarial opinion with respect to either single or multiple risk pools for the purpose of computing both (a) recommended funding factors and (b) COBRA premiums.  Non-certified claims reserves are used in the development thereof and should not be used for any other purpose.  The Work-Product makes provision for (a) multiple participant classes (actives, COBRAs, retirees, salaried v. hourly,etc.), (b)  multiple benefit options (platinum, gold and silver, e.g.)  and (c) multiple benefits (medical, Rx, dental, vision, STD, e.g.).
