Discrimination Testing Described
This Work-Product has two purposes: (a) determine whether the benefit arrangement being tested is or is not discriminatory and (b) if such arrangement is discriminatory, what are the penalties.
Benefit arrangements include: (a) medical reimbursement, (b) cafeteria and (c) dependent child reimbursement plans. All of the requisite programming uses a single database.
The User has the option of (a) using an abbreviated database and doing only the testing function or (b) using the expanded database and doing both the testing and the penalty functions.
