Billing Procedure
The Fee Schedule icon sets forth the fees (and related information) that are applicable to each Work-Product; fees are not discussed in the Subsite devoted to the specific Work-Product for this reason. Matters of interest relative the fees are as follows:
- Invoices are prepared at the end of each month and mailed to the Eligible User. A Sample Invoice is linked. Such fees are subject to change on each January 1 and July 1.
- The Eligible User is offered the oppurnity to use the Website on a trial basis before receiving the permanent User Name and Password. The trial period is three months.
- For simplicity, each Work-Product (i.e., e-mail) has the same flat fee.
- Where the Eligible User does the data entry and accepts the Work-Product with a facsimile signature, no other fees apply. If not, there is an additional charge for (a) an inked signature or (b) for Actuarial Work-Products, Inc. to enter the data.
